Proposes materials, design and performance requirements for inline meters with electronic output devices for the volumetric measurement, in water services, of cold potable water. The limitations on meters complying with this Standard are nominal flow rates not exceeding 40 L/h and 250 L/h for volumetric chamber- and turbine-types respectively; including water working pressure to at least 1400 kPa and water working and maximum temperatures between 0 degrees Celsius and 50 degrees Celsius, respectively. The appendices include purchasing guidelines, technical data performance tests.
