Proposed essential requirements and minimum standards for equipment to operate in the handphone and citizens band radio services at frequencies not exceeding 30 MHz. Includes equipment marking and transmitter/receiver parameters. It is proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard and is based on DOTC Equipment Compliance Requirements ECR 312 and ECR 316.
