Proposes the adoption of IEC 61000-3-7:1996 which outlines the principles to be used for determining the requirements for connecting large fluctuating loads (producing flicker) to public power systems. This Standard provides guidance on engineering practices which will ensure service quality for all connected consumers. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
