Covers the safety requirements for interface 1b of NT2. Identifies the following conditions: an "unexposed environment" and a "controlled situation". The tests are meant to represent normal conditions: when both an unexposed environment and a controlled situation exist. Reference should be made to ETR 04-26 in order to help with the classification of such conditions.
