This Framework Technical Advisor (FA) provides Bellcore's early signaling in a Broadband Switching System (BSS). This document represents current views based on existing and evolving standards associated with B-ISDN. Bellcore views and proposals on a number of open issues are also discussed. The contents in this document are subject to change, based on industry comments and progress in standards organizations. It is intended to be the basis of possible future documents that will further be refined to Technical Requirements status.
