A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Specifies the included amendments to the International Convention on Load Lines, 1966, Framework and procedures for the voluntary IMO Member State audit scheme, new legally-binding instrument on ship recycling; revised Guidelines for the identification and designation for particularly sensitive sea areas and revision of the Guidelines for the prevention and suppression of the smuggling of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursor chemicals on ships (resolution A.872(20)).
