Describes semi-cured (B-stage), resin preimpregnated glass cloth (prepreg), intended for bonding together the individual layers of high-temperature multilayer printed boards. Recognizes that printed boards are subject to classifications by intended end-item usage. Thus, where applicable, for ordering purposes the multilayer printed board preimpregnate glass cloth material is specified.
