This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the methods for determination of particle-type cadmium, lead, nickel, manganese, vanadium, chromium, beryllium, arsenic, selenium and their compounds; and gaseous arsenic hydride and hydrogen selenide, among the metals which exist in the gas exhausted from flue, chimney, or duct, due to such processes as burning of fuels or other materials, to the refining and working of metals, and to the physical and chemical processes of metals.
