This Standard specifies the maximum permissible values of static unbalances for grinding wheels specified in JIS R 6241 that are used at normal speed having an outside diameter not less than 150 mm and mass not less than 0.2 kg and those used at high speed having an outside diameter not less than 100 mm and mass not less than 0.1 kg, and various grinding wheels of JIS R 6211-1 to JIS R 6211-9 and JIS R 6211-12 to JIS R 6211-16 with maximum operating speed of 16 m/s.
