This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the quick coupling units for general domestic use, hereinafter referred to as the "couplings", which connect the gas appliances using the town gas or liquefied petroleum gas of gas pressure 3.23 kPa (330 mmh2o) or under, hereinafter referred to as the "gas", with gas taps in indoor using the rubber pipes of 9.5 mm or reinforced gas hose of 9.5 mm or under.
