Das Dokument ist in der Luft- und Raumfahrt für Gewebe aus Glasfilamentgarn anzuwenden, welche aus Filamentgarnen und -zwirnen nach DIN 60850 Teil 2 hergestellt werden. Die Glasfilamentgewebe sind entschlichtet und mit einer Haftmittelausrüstung versehen. Sie werden für die mechanische Verstärkung von Kunststoffen, als Trägermaterial für Beschichtungen u.a. eingesetzt.
