Bibliography

Defines a reference method to determine the fat content of milk-based infant foods. Applies to liquid, concentrated and dried milk-based infant foods without, or with less than a mass fraction of 5% (dry matter) of dextrin or starch, or fruit, vegetable, meat etc. Does not apply to products with more than a few percent of dextrin or starch, or those containing hard lumps, as they do not dissolve completely in ammonia. Also does not apply to products containing significant quantities of free fatty acids as the results obtained for these products would be too low.
