5 Methods of test
  5.1 General

      protruding 50 mm or more from the surface of the toy
  5.3 Test relating to beards, moustaches, wigs, etc. made

      free-hanging ribbons, paper or cloth strands),
      protruding less than 50 mm from the surface of the
      product and full or partial moulded head masks
      including those which cover the head and which do not
      have hair, pile or similar materials
  5.4 Test relating to flowing hoods, head-dresses, etc.
      which are attached to products worn on the head,
      disguise costumes and toys intended to be entered by
      a child
  5.5 Test for soft filled toys with a maximum dimension
      of 520 mm or less
  5.6 Test for soft filled toys with a maximum dimension
      greater than 520 mm
