Na het verschijnen van dit NAD zal een aantal paragrafen van NEN 6788: 1995 en NEN 6723: 1995 die betrekking hebben op de belasting door verkeer komen te vervallen. Dit zal gebeuren via een wijzigingsblad. Via dit wijzigingsblad zullen ook nog enkele andere paragrafen worden gewijzigd. De niet op deze wijze aangewezen delen van NVN-ENV 1991-3, zullen samen met dit NAD de gebruikelijke status hebben. Dat wil zeggen dat bouwconstructies die gebouwd zijn overeenkomstig die delen van NVN-ENV 1991-3, en dit NAD mogen worden geacht ten minste het niveau van veiligheid en bruikbaarheid te bezitten als ingevolge paragraaf 5.3 van NEN 6700 'TGB 1990 Algemene Basiseisen' wordt geeist.
