    Le présent document spécifie les limites des caractéristiques mécaniques provenant de l'essai de traction applicables aux barres, tubes et profilés filés en aluminium et alliages d'aluminium. Les conditions techniques de controle et de livraison, y compris les produits et les exigences d'essai, sont spécifiées dans l'EN 755-1. La désignation des états métallurgiques sont définis dans l'EN 515. Les limites de composition chimique de ces matériaux sont données dans l'EN 573-3.
