This standard shall specify the minimum requirements used for selection, care, and maintenance of wildland ƒreƒght‐ ing protective clothing and equipment that are compliant with NFPA 1977, including garments, helmets, gloves, footwear, face/neck shrouds, goggles, chain saw protection, and loadcarrying equipment.
