Le présent document décrit la méthode permettant la mise en évidence des anticorps neutralisant le virus de la septicémie hémorragique virale à partir du sérum de salmonidés. Cette procédure est appliquée au dépistage sérologique des cheptels de salmonidés et particulièrement de salmonidés infectés tels que la truite arc-en-ciel (Oncorhynchus mykiss), la truite de rivière (Saimo trutta fario), l'ombre commun (Thymallus thymallus), les corégones (Coregonus sp).
