Diese ÖNORM legt die Baulängen für nach PN und Class bezeichnete Armaturen aus Metall fest, die in Rohrleitungen mit Flanschen eingesetzt werden. Sie umfasst Armaturen mit den folgenden PN-, Class- und DN-Werten: PN 2,5; PN 6; PN 10; PN 16; PN 25; PN 40; PN 63; PN 100; PN 160; PN 250; PN 320; PN 400; PN 500; Class 125; Class 150; Class 250; Class 300; Class 600; Class 900; Class 1 500; Class 2 500. Bis zur Überarbeitung der EN 1092-1 im Hinblick auf PN 160, PN 250, PN 320, PN 400 und PN 500, basieren die Baulängen auf DIN 2548, DIN 2549, DIN 2550, DIN 2551, DIN 2627, DIN 2628, DIN 2629 und DIN 2638. Für Armaturengehäuse aus anderen Werkstoffen als Metall können die gleichen Baulängen verwendet werden.
