Diese ÖVE/ÖNORM ist in Verbindung mit ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 60335-1 zu verwenden und behandelt die Sicherheit von Elektrozaungeräten, deren Bemessungsspannung 250 V nicht überschreitet und mit denen Zaundrähte in der Landwirtschaft und im häuslichen Bereich, Wildschutzzäune und Sicherheitszäune unter Strom gesetzt oder kontrolliert werden können. Beispiele für Elektrozaungeräte, die zum Anwendungsbereich dieser Norm gehören, sind: - Elektrozaungeräte mit Netzanschluss; - batteriebetriebene Elektrozaungeräte, die zum Anschluss an das Versorgungsnetz geeignet sind, wie in Bild 101 dargestellt; - Elektrozaungeräte, die von nicht aufladbaren Batterien gespeist werden, die entweder eingebaut oder getrennt sind.
