Diese ÖVE/ÖNORM legt die Anforderungen für Drei-Stellungs-Zustimmschalter fest. Diese Schalter werden in Zustimmgeräten verwendet, wie sie in 10.9 von IEC 60204-1 beschrieben werden, um Signale bereitzustellen: a) die, wenn betätigt, eine Maschine durch ein separates Startsignal in Gang setzen, und die, b) wenn nicht betätigt, i) eine Halt-Funktion einleiten, und ii) einen Start einer Maschine verhindern.
