Dieser Teil von ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 61967 legt ein Verfahren zur Messung der leitungsgeführten elektromagnetischen Aussendung (EME, electromagnetic emission) von integrierten Schaltungen durch direkte Messung des hochfrequenten (HF-)Stromes mit einem 1-Ohm-Tastkopf und Messung der HF-Spannung unter Anwendung eines 150-Ohm-Kopplungsnetzwerkes fest. Diese Verfahren gewährleisten eine hohe Wiederholpräzision und Vergleichbarkeit der EME-Messungen. ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 61967-1 legt allgemeine Bedingungen und Definitionen der Messverfahren fest.
