Describes a method for the determination of the flow time by flow cups and specifies for this purpose 3 flow cups of the same measures but different jet diameters of 3, 4 and 6 mm. Using the 3 flow cups, measurements in the viscosity range of approximately 7 mm<(hoch)2>/s to 700 mm<(hoch)2>/s are possible.
