Describes Bellcore's view of the exchange of access service design information between the Exchange Carriers and Interexchange Carriers. It contains an administrative section which is populated from the Access Service Request and a design section which is provided by the Exchange Carrier. The Design Layout Report enables the Interexchange Carriers to review the design and determine its ability to provide the service being ordered.
