PART 1 - LIFE SAFETY: Purpose of this agreement is to achieve a generic "Life Safety" risk assessment process that can be applied to NATO deployed operations to achieve a common level of satisfactory health, safety and welfare amongst NATO personnel during non-offensive operations. PART 2 - ASSET PROTECTION: Purpose is to achieve a common series of attainable standards and management objectives to minimise the probability of a loss of military capability caused by an outbreak of fire or explosion during NATO Deployed Operations. PART 3 - PROTECTION FOR FIXED AND ROTARY WING OPERATIONS: Purpose is to establish the minimum level of CFR service for deployed fixed and rotary wing aircraft operations.
