Describes preliminary proposed requirements for TL1 message structures and data elements for network elements (NE) memory administration functions described in FR-NWT-000472, OTGR, Section 2, Network Element (NE) Memory Administration. It is important to note that this document is a companion document to TR-NWT-000199, Issue 2, and contains incremental proposed requirements to TR-NWT-000199, Issue 2. This issue provides the messages and data dictionary information required for the memory administration functions for transport (including SONET) and switching (including ISDN and AIN) NEs.
