Bellcore's preliminary view of proposed generic requirements for Switching memory administration functions between Operations Systems (OS) and Network Elements (NE), using the OSI management services and protocols recommended by the standards bodies. This issue presents a major change in the information model presented in Issue 1 of this TA, reflecting industry comments. This supplement is a complete replacement for sections 4,5 and 6 of TA-NWT-000981, Issue 2, December 1991. The purpose for this supplement is to present refinements of the information model structure of TA NWT-000981, Issue 2. The refinements include clarifications, reassignments of attributes within object classes and extensive additions to the attribute definitions. This supplement does not significantly change the basic structure
