Provides Bellcore's preliminary view of proposed generic switching and signaling requirements for Call Deflection for Class II equipment on Primary Rate Interfaces. The Call Deflection feature allows an ISDN subscriber to the feature to redirect an offered call to another destination served by the ISDN.
