Provides Bellcore's view of proposed generic switching and signaling requirements to support Call by Call Service Selection for non ISDN Tie Trunks, OUTWATS and INWATS. These services are offered to Class 2 Equipment on an ISDN Primary Rate Interface (PRI). In addition, Simulated Facility Groups (SFGs) are described for four call by call services and public network mode calls.
