Withdrawn
A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

La specifica tecnica definisce un ITS (Implementable Technology Specification) basato sulla tecnologia XML utilizzabile nell'ambito dell'informatica medica, sia per la comunicazione sia per altri scopi riferendosi alle specifiche CEN di messaggio, dei CEN Data Type e dei CEN GPICs. Le raccomandazioni in ognuna di queste tre aree sono trattate separatamente in modo che l'applicazione di questo ITS abbia un ambito più ampio di quello della definizione del messaggio, supportando altri contesti d'uso come GPICs e CEN Data Type.
