Sie gilt nur in Verbindung mit den entsprechenden Normen der Reihe DIN VDE 0100 (VDE 0100) sowie den noch nicht ersetzten Paragraphen von DIN VDE 0100 (VDE 0100): 1973-05 mit Änderung DIN VDE 0100g (VDE 0100g): 1976-07.
