American Society of Baking Publications

       
ASB is a collaborative professional organization comprising commercial baking professionals, food technologists, engineering, equipment and ingredient experts dedicated to advancing baking and baking science technology.
The American National Standards for Baking Equipment comprise two specific standards, the ANSI Z50.1 standard of equipment safety and ANSI/BISSC Z50.2 standard for baking sanitation. Both standards were promolugated and approved by the American National Standards Institute in May, 2006.
