FASC 6312 La presente Norma di base specifica il metodo di misura del Tasso di Assorbimento Specifico (SAR) per la verifica della conformità dei telefoni portatili funzionanti nell'intervallo di frequenza compreso tra 300 MHz e 3 GHz ai limiti di base specificati per tali apparecchi. Per gli scopi della presente Norma, con il termine telefono portatile si intende ogni dispositivo trasmittente destinato ad essere usato con la sua parte irradiante posta nelle immediate vicinanze dell'orecchio umano (es. telefono cellulare, telefono senza fili, ecc.). La Norma tiene conto della precedente Specifica Tecnica CEI ES 59005:1999 (CEI 211-5).
