Withdrawn
A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

FASC 3451 R La presente norma si applica solamente agli interruttori ad alta tensione (AT) installati a terreno, le cui strutture di supporto sono rigidamente connesse al terreno, e non copre la qualificazione di interruttori di apparecchiature di manovra in involucro metallico. La norma specifica i livelli di severità sismica e fornisce una scelta di metodi che possono essere applicati per dimostrare la capacità di corretto funzionamento degli interruttori AT per i quali è richiesta la qualificazione sismica.
