FASC 6554 La presente parte della IEC 61193 definisce i metodi di registrazione ed analisi dei difetti su circuiti stampati assemblati per saldatura. Vengono descritti metodi che consentono il confronto tra le prestazioni di prodotti, processi e siti produttivi diversi. La norma suddivide le registrazioni dei difetti in due categorie di dati espressi in ppm: - Categoria 1: comprende dati che permettono il confronto delle prestazioni delle operazioni di assemblaggio. - Categoria 2: comprende dati per la valutazione, analisi e controllo dei singoli sottoprocessi.
