A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Applies to iron/silicon alloy magnetic sheet with or without insulation, with a proportion by mass of silicon w (Si) not exceeding 4% and a proportion by mass of aluminium w (Al) = 0,17 w (Si) +0,28%. The proportion by mass of the other alloying constituents shall not exceed a total of 0,4%.
