This standard is included in DIN Handbook 370 and 56/3. Defines the calibration of those leaks that are used for the adjustment of leak detectors for determining the leakage rate in everyday use. Leakage rates more than 10[-4] Pa.m[3]/s can be measured by flow meters calibrated against primary national standards.
