Die Betriebsverhaltensnorm enthält eine Festlegung der Anforderungen an das Betriebsverhalten und eine Reihe von Prüfungen und Messungen mit genau festgelegten Bedingungen, Prüfschärfen und Annahme-/Ausfallkriterien.
