This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of blocking behaviour of thermoplastic or hygroscopic layers or coatings of potentially adhesive surfaces. Some potentially adhesive surfaces are both thermoplastic andhygroscopic. The method described provides a means for determining, on the same surface, both thermoplastic and hygroscopic blocking.
