Describes a method of test for the determination of the overall migration from one surface only, of plastics in the form of film and sheet. The latter is meant to come into contact with a fatty foodstuff, by forming the plastics film or sheet into standard pouches and olive oil for 10 days, 24 hours or 2 hours at 40 degrees C, or for 2 hours at 70 degrees C.
