Gives procedure for performing tests that are specified in IEEE C57.12.00 - 1993 and other standards that apply to liquid-immersed distribution, power and regulating transformers. Intended to be used as a basis for performance, safety and the proper testing of such transformers. Applies to all liquid-immersed transformers except instrument transformers, step-voltage and induction voltage regulators, arc furnace transformers, rectifier transformers, specialty, grounding and mine transformers.
