Applicable to forced circulation air-cooling or air-heating coils operating: with a cooling or heating fluid, without fans, with an evaporating or condensing refrigerant. Operation with steam is not part of the standard. Specifies uniform methods of testing under non-frosting conditions conducted on test samples to test and ascertain the following; air side pressure drop, fluid side pressure drop, product identification, the capacity at standard conditions, unless otherwise stated by the user.
