Defines a procedure for measuring focal spot dimensions higher than 0,1 mm of X-ray systems up to 500 kV tube voltage by way of the slit camera radiographic procedure. Voltage used for the measurement is limited to 200 kV. Resolution and image quality ar dependent upon features of the focal spot, especially the size and two dimensional intensity distribution in the object plane.
