Defines a gravimetric drying method at ( 105+-2) deg C for determining the moisture content of fertilizers and liming materials. Applies to siliceous and carbonic liming materials, together with the following phosphate fertilizers: superphosphates, natural phosphates, ground rock phosphates, and partially solubilized rock phosphates. Does not apply to hydrated or burnt lime, nor to ammonium compounds or magnesium sulfates.
