La présente Norme européenne prescrit les exigences pour l'exécution et la reproduction des listes de pièces de conception pour les applications ferroviaires. La présente Norme européenne spécifie la liste de pièces de conception, et décrit les principes essentiels, leur structure et les exigences minimales que doit respecter une liste de pièces de conception. La présente Norme européenne s'applique pendant toute la durée de validité de la liste de pièces. Elle s'applique â toutes les organisations ferroviaires et â tous les partenaires concernés par les listes de pièces de conception, ainsi qu'aux fournisseurs qui préparent des listes de pièces pour le compte d'organisations ferroviaires.
