Describes an alternative implementation of an interface between a Stored Program Control Switching system and a Network Traffic Management (NTM) Operations System (OS) via a Network Data Collection (NDC) OS. The revision incorporates NTM data packets for Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) 0.1 Switching Systems and AIN 0.2 Switching Systems NTM measurement requirement into the SPCS to NTM OS interface.
