Defines a hot-wire (cross-array) procedure for determining the thermal conductivity of refractory products and materials. Applies to dense and insulating shaped products and to powdered or granular materials, for thermal conductivities less than 1.5 W/(m.K). Cannot measure electrically conducting materials.
