The standard specifies the mechanical and physical characteristics of heat-treated steel self-tapping screws with thread from ST2.2 to ST9.5 included, in accordance with UNI EN ISO 1478, when tested at room temperature between 10°C and 35°C, together with the corresponding test methods.
