This part of ISO 3691 contains safety requirements and means of testing them for the following types of motorized industrial trucks (hereinafter referred to as industrial trucks) as defined in ISO 5053: a) forklifts;b) reach truck with reach mast or fork;c) Spreader stacker;d) pallet stackers;e) stacker trucks;f) Industrial trucks with the driver's position raised up to 1 200 mm;g) Sideloader (only one side);h) sideloader (both sides) and three-sided stacker;i) pallet trucks;j) road-rail and multi-way forklifts;k) Tugs with a nominal pulling force of up to and including 20,000 N;l) all-terrain forklifts;m) Industrial trucks powered by batteries, diesel, petrol or LPG (liquid gas).
