This CID covers the requirements for an interfacing cloth comprised of cotton or synthetic warp yarns and a blend of spun hair-wool, rayon or 100 percent synthetic filling yarns intended for use in various dress clothing items. (Note: The term interfacing instead of interlining is the correct term to describe the cloths cited in this document).
