Describes criteria for protecting against flooding within compartments of LWR's as the result of the initiating events listed in Section 3. It includes criteria and selected guidance for performing hydraulic and structural evaluations, defining flooding sources, providing drainage requirements, protecting equipment and instrumentation from submergence, providing level detection, defining the extent and qualification of mitigating equipment and sampling and removing the fluid which caused the flooding.
